It’s a cold and snowy winter here in Wisconsin – that’s for sure! One thing that we look forward every year is making Snow Ice Cream! It’s so fun “harvesting” the snow and creating this simple and tasty treat either during or right after a snow storm! When it is super cold outside, we can’t always go out and play in the snow, so it’s a special treat to be able to bring it inside and play with it!! All you need is some freshly fallen snow (you can collect it in your yard or you could even leave a bowl outside during a snow storm to collect it), a can of sweetened condensed milk, and some sprinkles!!
Freshly Fallen Snow
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
Fill a large bowl with snow, about half way.
Add in about 1/2 of the can of sweetened condensed milk and stir together.
Keep adding the sweetened condensed milk until it reaches the consistency you desire.
Let the kids top with their favorite sprinkles and enjoy!
